Question For You: Who's Your Idol?

So ... I've shared a few of my idols with you, including Winston Churchill, JFK, Albert Enstein, and my Grandpa Bill. Who are your idols? Who do you look up to...? Come on faceless readers? I've had 300+ visitors in just these first couple weeks (a few repeat offenders, I'm sure). Who do you aspire to be more like...?

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS BELOW.

I look forward to hearing your insights. Good night. :0]

  1. Coming to love ourselves truly, whole heartedly, as we are can sometimes be life's biggest triumph. Along that line I've always enjoyed this quote from Eleanor Roosevelt:

"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."

When we awaken to our sense of worth and inherant value be begin to defend the good we see in ourselves.

Other meaningful or humorous statemets by Eleanor Roosevelt:

"As for accomplishments, I just did what I had to do as things came along."

"Campaign behavior for wives: Always be on time. Do as little talking as humanly possible. Lean back in the parade car so everybody can see the president."

"The giving of love is an education in itself."
